Periodically Refill Streak Savers

I have an 18-day streak going, and I don't want to lose it. 😅 I've used, at different points, my two streak "savers", so there are 0 savers left for me.

I would suggest that savers be periodically "re-upped", so that people who consistently put in the work are not dinged for taking a personal / family day. How about allowing us to miss one day a week without losing our streaks? This would promote a healthier work/life balance.

Note that I don't think savers should be available for purchase, as that would devalue them conceptually.
