Allow Uxcel designers to jointly submit a design brief.
Could be an awesome learning opportunity for those who don't get to collaborate enough (me).
A networking value in being able to find partners to work with on real world projects with outside of Uxcel as you build relationships and maybe teams.
Team building between internal companies. I would love to take on design briefs with my juniors, sometimes real world scenarios do not give time and space to edequately train juniors. You also would have the opportunity to be selective of what you want to train them on and have the choice.
Could offer an elevated quality of submissions in the showcase. Right now the feature is still young but it will be interesting to see over time how it evolves - I submitted a very extensive project for my first and I'm looking forward to seeing someone do it better, so when I go back to it a new challenge and ceiling exists. If designers are able to jointly tackle tasks they will be able to scale up the quality of the projects further pushing the boundary and challenge.
Accountability - you will feel more accountable when working with a partner to see briefs through. You will also be careful of who you pair up to make sure you don't harm your design score.
Opens up the opportunity for peer to peer reviews. You could potentially leave a review how it was collaborating with the second player so next time they request to collab with someone else a third player has a gauge of their skills. These reviews also offer opportunity for improvement points when collaborating.
