Dear Uxcel Team
I'm writing to propose a feature request that I believe would improve the user experience of the Uxcel browser.
I'd like to suggest adding a "Back to Top" button that appears at the bottom of the page when a user scrolls down, allowing them to quickly navigate back to the top without having to scroll.
This feature would improve user experience and make navigation more efficient.

How it would work:

• When a user scrolls down to the bottom of the page, a "Back to Top" button would appear at the bottom of the screen.

• Clicking on this button would automatically scroll the user back to the top of the page.

Benefits:

• Improved user experience: Users would no longer need to scroll back up to the top of the page, saving time and effort.

• Increased accessibility: This feature would be especially helpful for users with mobility or dexterity impairments who may struggle with scrolling.
